Medical Card and Doctor Visit Card Holders

  • Due to high numbers of invalid GMS/DVC bookings we now require to GMS/DVC Card Details on booking form.

  • Use Check DVC/GMS Valid button to ensure card is still valid.

  • Expiry Date on card does not reliably indicate expiration of card.

  • HSE cancels cards for various reasons before printed expiry

  • Full Private Fee will be payable at Reception if you avail of GP Consultation and don’t have a checked and validated card.

Please arrive on time allowing for traffic conditions.

Late arrivals have less time in appointment.

Those arriving after their timeslot has passed can only be seen if there are unfilled subsequent slots.

This is to preserve others’ appointments from being reduced by late arrivals. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Bookings via Telephone are limited and given to computer unable persons.

  • New appointments are released every 10minutes for the subsequent working day.

  • Existing patients only - don’t book if you’re not a patient. Charge will apply but you won’t be seen.

  • Cancellations must be done using link in Confirmation Email

    • A missed appointment is an appointment taken from somebody else

    • Cancellations of private appointments incur a small service charge to reflect cost to us of online payments providers
