Requests for repeat Prescriptions can be made using the online form

or

by written post to Deerpark Medical Centre

Phone Requests for Prescriptions are not accepted.

We DO NOT issue antibiotics without an in-person consultation

Prescriptions are reviewed by GP and sent directly to Pharmacy within 2 working days.

CHRISTMAS PRESCRIPTIONS

Last Prescriptions will be processed on Monday 22nd December and sent to pharmacy by Tuesday 23rd.

Any Prescriptions ordered between 23rd Dec and 1st January will not be rocessed until January 2nd.

This allows us focus GP resources on seeing the surge in Acute Respiratory Infections over the Xmas period
