by written post to Deerpark Medical Centre

Phone Requests for Prescriptions are not accepted.

We DO NOT issue antibiotics without an in-person consultation

Prescriptions sent directly to Pharmacy within 2 working days.

Fee for private prescriptions will be taken when requesting prescription.

Medical Card patients have their fees paid for by the State.

State Contraception Scheme Patients can get their Contraception prescription without payment.
